first 20 minutes was about the Ramsey Competition as Cass, AR. Sweet footage. Very sloppy from the rains before the event.

The best part was some dumbass with a $25k custom rig with 35-39" boggers but no beadlocks. First obstacle the pass front tire come off the bead.

Yeah I watched it too. I was sweet. I'm pretty sure those were 44 boggers maybe 40's but definatly not 35's. I only saw one guy w/less than 40's on his rig and that was a guy w/36SX's on his CJ7.

Very cool show!! Just keep an eye out for it to show again. They re-run their shows constantly!!

Keep your fingers out of your winch, it looks painful!!!!

I saw it last night and if you listened to the guy about half way through he called a Suzuki a Jeep I nearly fell off my chair.

Its like this, you make a Copy not a Xerox.
You own crap not a Jeep.

Great show I really want to go to the off road race sometime.

Amberfire, I noticed that (the 'zuke thing)...it was crap. The rock crawling thing was awesome...the husband/wife team with the wife driving. My favorite part was when she laid the Jeep on its side, turned her tires, and flipped the rig back upright with the help of her husband and a towstrap. Very impressive. Great show.

The wife of that team was pretty hot too! Most of the women you see doin' that sort of thing are average to ugly! Nice to watch her bounce around in her rig!! I will tape it the next time its on!!

What about the guy getting his hand pulled into the winch? At the beginning the co-pilot jumped out to use the winch in the mud bog and then the winch took his hand into the fairlead(sp?). Prybar got him out, but I'm sure his fingers are pretty mangled.

The TLC one was on last night. They had huge inaccurcies. Showed a CJ driving on a dry lake, then showed a shot of the front and rear driveshafts since they were talking that 4wd's have two. The rear was a 9", perfectly acceptable most likely it was from the CJ, short driveshaft supports this. But when they showed the front it was some low slung stocker IFS, and when they showed the outside of the CJ it obviously had a solid front. Then they proceeded to state the rockcrawling benefits of lockers, but they said all 4wd's have locking diffs.

what a crock of horse puckey! if they are gonna try to preach a fact or two..they should have it right...I think its just fun watching some of the shots they have...like I love the part about the antartica trip with the crevace protector, trailers on 44" tires, and sealing the bead back with hot air...

I like the Artic Trucks part too. If only they weren't Toyotas...
I'd like to know what they do about fuel. And somethign they didn't show about settign a bead with lighter fluid is that you have to get air into the tire before the gas cools.

Anyone know what tires they used on the Artic Truck LC's?
