Default Rusted rockers?

What has everyone done with there rusted out rockers, my passenger side is totaly gone, and the drivers side is on it's way. What has everyone done to fix this? Can you post some pictures so I can get some ideas on how to fix mine.

I am in the process of replacing mine. I cut them out with a sawzall and put 2x4 rectangular tubing in. I will post some pics soon.

You can buy new sheetmetal rockers but it is cheaper to use tubing.

I seriously thought about the tubing but I was going to use 4" x 4". Im just not sure how Im gonna attach it?

After viewing the links 2"x 4" looks better
