Ok anyone think that if I made another cross member or tow to attatch to my unibody that that would help prevent the body from twisting. I have two friends who's doors don't work right because of this and I want to prevent it from happening to mine. An d should I weld or bolt them to the body?

Do you have aftermarket bumpers yet? I'm sure I've seen pics or specs on your rig before, but can't remember.
If you really want to get serious about stiffening a unibody then you need to put in a cage. Don't just tie it itnot the framerails, tie it into the roof and sides too. This will help a unibody more than just tieing it into the reletativly weak framerails. A unibody's strength comes from the entire structure. An extra crossmember wouldn't hurt though. Would be a good popportunity to fab a custom skid plate. Mount the extra xmember near say the t-case xmember. Then plate betweer the two with heavy guage steel, just be sure to leave access to mount bolts and drain plug(s).

XJs have trouble with hinges peeling away from the body.
the hinge pins on ZJs like to wear out. I spent a ton of time helpin my buddy align the doors on his ZJ. your buddies that have trouble closing their doors, open their doors and while they're open, lift up on them, you'll probably feel them rattle around on the hinges a little. they just get like this, mainly because the ZJ doors are quite heavy
