Default will 99 seats, door panel, fit 92?

I have a '92 XJ sport that I'd like to replace the seats in. There is a '99 w/ leather and matching door panel. I have electric windows.....so does this panel.

Question: will the 99 fit in my 92? mods needed, if any?

Thanx,
B

Maybe they unbolt? I could redrill holes, or welding only?

I'm surprised the door panels fit...that would be kewl. The new seats come w/ the brackets and all....but you say I'd have to use the original brackets?

Kewl, I'll have to go take a look. Problem is, I need to order the '99 seats/panel and won't be able to see them til they are here.

What should I expect to pay for a good set of leather seats? Front & back.

I'll have to see if I can find it. Grands look more abundant and easier to find. Just no back seat to match.
