Anyone else order something from RE and have it take forever to get to you? Whats up whith that. How can a place like Quadratec get you something it 2 days and a company like RE gets parts to you in 2 weeks.
Just blowing off steem. I'm anxious to get my parts so I can finally get the YJ back together properly. |

A friend of mine(shop owner) ordered ZJ kit for a customer, they sent the wrong shocks, so naturally he called them and sent it back, they said oh the shocks are back ordered and well get them out ASAP. So a week passes and he calls them and they say oh ya we got them in a couple days ago(they were supposed to send it, as soon as they received it) anyway they send out the shocks and when they arrive... They were the same shocks he sent back... I love there product, but they have a bunch of douche's working there..

I've not had good experiences with RE recently. I orded my lift kit from Jason and RE took forever to ship it. When I got the kit (it was supposed to be the RE 2.5" kit) I'm pretty sure they gave me the 4" springs because I ended up with 5"+ of lift with my 1" shackels. No big deal...I got more lift than what I paid for. However that caused my to need an SYE and CV that I hadn't planned on. So I orded the SYE and CV from another company and some shims from RE. The SYE and CV came about a week ago and the shims that were ordered at the same time have yet to arrive.

I ordered a SYE and Driveshaft from RE and it was there in a reasonable amout of time. The guy on the phone that I talked to when ordering it was very knowledgeable as well. He even stayed on the phone with me for like 20 min while i looked for a tape measure to go measure for a new drive shaft.
