gas tank question

What size gas tank does an 84 jeep cheorkee take a 20 or a 13

I thought all XJ's had the 20 gal. Maybe I'm wrong. I would think that a 20 gal should bolt right up under any year XJ.

Not sure about an 84, but my 89 has a 20 gallon. My guess would be yours is also. icon_smile_big.gif

I know they don't all have 20 Gallons. I think I have an 18. Most of the time, I can only get 15 or 16, and that's when it's pretty empty.

lol ihave a 20 and with some time i can get about 21.5 gallons int here it starts clicking at 18 normally stupid bad vent system
