Dunno if you guys have seen this or not, or even how old the article is, but I just now saw it. :dunno: As are all of Bill's articles, it's excellent. A must-read for anyone building their own suspension links. The info on tube notching with a chopsaw is good too.

He references a shareware software program called Winmiter that will create a notch template you can print, cut out, and tape to your tubing to notch by hand, you can download this software at this link:

wow, i could use some new UCA's and LCA's, but i think i better just shell out the money for some ones that i haven't made

notching by chop saw is the only way to go for most basic notching

well, I don't think I'd go that far. I was honestly just kidding, I mean, who can't figure out how to fit square toob??
