I talked to the owner of landrunner at the SEMA show in November. He was a really friendly guy. I guess he is selling the kits about as fast as he can build and install them. I just saw his business card in a pile of junk but i just moved so it will take me a while to dig it up again. When i do i will let you know that info and anything else i can dig up.

go there lol
Dude, that **** is gay. It's a freakin trim package. I wonder how easy it is to work on the motor from the side, everything is set up to be accessed from the front...
It supposedly enhances stability....

i wouldn't hinge the front end - just hood pins so i could take the whole thing off. nice lift, 33s.... hmmmmm :)

its designed to fit like 33s with that body the reason it gets better stability is wider tires... and cuz well less weight on top =less top heavy. basically marty is right i wouldnt do it i love the jeep grill and as far as the engine no biggy i am sure it would be easy enough to remove. i saw a picture of a tj in india that some rich guy converted to have a hummer body and it was custom made out of metal and looked like a real hummer just with solid axle

the conversion kit is alot different then the real land runners, this kid at my school has a real land runner they are pretty rare so you wont see them that often but if you do just enjoy its beauty, but yeah the conversion kit should be fine

My good friend paul from the truck shop on long island is the only guy in the northeast that builds them... i must say they are awesome, the hoods hinge from the front, he even has a few built for sale, give him a ring 631-589-6500... tell him Chris the electrician sent you..... icon_smile_big.gif

Stablity gains aside, what else is the point of doing that conversion? I mean, that's gotta be $$$. You could do so many more performance mods for what that thing costs. Plus, being a foot (at least) wider, it would have trouble on some of the trails I've run. Couldn't get through the trees.
