knock knock

hey i ahve a knock coming from my steering system somewhere and i was wondering if any of you guys have had a problem with your steering on the xj's.
I have a 4.5 rubicon express lift sitting claws on eagle 589 tell me if this has anything to do with it????

I have a click when I turn right. Can't trace it with out somebody hanging upside down by the front wheel. ( Sounds like a Darwin Award Winner I once read)

Have you checked all of your front u-joints? Might just be your control arms popping too.

I had a knocking in the front everytime I went over abump. Found out the hub bearing assembelys were shot.

its probably the quick disconnect ring rubbing on the bolt, its the perfect length to where when you turn or hit a bump it grinds up on the side of hte bold it is very loud, i even thought my trac bar was loose when i first heard it, i have the same lift too so duct tape the ring upwards so it doesnt do it and you should be fine

this happened to my jeep last summer cause i was making hard turns and donuts on ashphalt. the exact same problem was occuring when i would turn. i took it to the garage and it was my steering box that was damaged. a new one was gonna cost 300cdn but we found a second hand one.

my knock is an upper ball joint going bad.. lack of funds and time off is preventing me from installing it.
