Ok, I'm guessing it'll work. BUT, wanna be sure before I tear sh!t off.
I have a set of front/rear bumpers from a TJ. My bro just bought a YJ and I thought I'd give them to him so he could get rid of the chrome junk on it right now.
Front/rear, how much work will either be? I'm guessing the front is pretty easy, but the rear I'm not sure.
Thanx,
B

I don't think its wider is it? The bolt pattern is different because of how they have the cross tube set up but I would think you could still mount them....

Something is different... wider just stuck in my head for some reason :dunno: CJ/YJ have similar front mounting (I think) and I know for sure the TJ bumper isnt any where near mounting up to a CJ

I'm pretty sure CJ/YJ front bumpers are the same and YJ/TJ rear bumpers are the same.

depends on the MFG. Custom4x4Fabrication and Jeeperman both have bumpers that fit TJs and YJs. Jeepermans are setup to fit a CJ, YJ, and TJ actually. I believe that BigDaddy OffRoad has bumpers specific to CJ, YJ, or TJ though.

This is a factory TJ setup.
If holes are diff. maybe I can redrill, mount?
Again, don't wanna tear it apart if it's not gonna fit. I don't mind doing some fab work.
